Licensed Clinical Intake Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Intake Coordinator will plan, direct, and evaluate potential patients through assigned referral systems while establishing communication with admitting hospitals to ensure a seamless admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate potential patients through assigned referral systems
• Establish consistent communication with admitting hospitals to ensure a best-in-class admission process
• Build positive relationships with physicians and hospital staff to market facilities and services

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, nursing, or public health field required
• Current and active LPN or RN license in state of residence preferred
• CPR and CPI certification required and obtained during orientation, if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric admissions department preferred
• Experience in marketing, community relations, or discharge planning preferred
