Licensed Clinical Interviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Clinical Interviewer will conduct structured interviews with behavioral health clinician candidates, assessing their clinical competence and alignment with organizational standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume, structured clinical interviews to evaluate candidates' clinical reasoning and decision-making
• Document interview findings thoroughly to facilitate quick recruiting decisions and maintain hiring standards
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Talent team to continuously improve the clinical assessment framework

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent behavioral-health license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of post-licensure behavioral-health clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment across diagnosis, treatment planning, and ethics
• Experience supervising, training, or evaluating other clinicians
• Ability to conduct multiple video interviews daily while remaining engaged with candidates
