Leading a team of Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff, the full-time Licensed Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Nurse Practitioners and clinical team members
- Monitor NP clinical decision-making and provide direct patient care as needed
- Collaborate with leadership to establish clinical goals, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- 2+ years of leadership/people management experience in a clinical setting
- Functional Medicine experience required
- Experience with Telemedicine for 1+ year
