Licensed Clinical Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting clinical operations in a full-time hybrid role, the Licensed Clinical Operations Specialist will leverage their expertise to address patient and provider issues, ensure quality documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical resource for member issues and manage escalations requiring clinical judgment
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives, audits, and educate providers on documentation standards
- Represent Clinical Operations in cross-functional meetings and collaborate on clinical process improvements
Required qualifications
- Independent clinical license required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD (or state equivalent)
- Minimum of 4 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Comfortable working in a hybrid clinical/operational role
- Strong cross-functional communication skills for collaboration with various teams
