Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the contract Clinical Pharmacist will review prior authorization requests and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely access to medications in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and make timely, accurate coverage determinations for prior authorization requests
• Document clinical decisions using workflow systems and PBM platforms
• Collaborate with Coverage Determination Analysts and prescribers to gather necessary information

Required qualifications:

• Active PharmD or RPh license in good standing
• Experience in retail, clinical, or PBM pharmacy roles
• Ability to manage high-volume casework while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Comfort working within multiple PBM systems and adapting to new technologies quickly
