Job Summary
Bringing clinical pharmacist expertise to the development of advanced AI systems, the full-time or part-time Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will create clinical tasks, evaluate model responses, and establish clinically defensible standards while working remotely on a contractor project expected to last 12 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Create challenging clinical tasks, longitudinal-chart scenarios, and evaluation rubrics focused on clinical pharmacy
- Synthesize fragmented records to assess clinical reasoning, documentation quality, and patient safety
- Apply structured rubrics and refine cases through calibration cycles based on specialist feedback
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with recent practice in clinical pharmacy
- An active pharmacist license or recognized credential appropriate to clinical pharmacy
- A relevant healthcare degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and chart-review skills
- Ability to follow standardized rubrics and work through fast-paced review cycles
