Licensed Clinical Product Director
Job Summary
To support the development of clinical products for underserved populations, the full-time Licensed Clinical Product Director will manage cross-functional collaborations, oversee project management and implementation, and ensure the adoption and optimization of clinical initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the conception and development of clinical products by translating clinical and operational needs into technical requirements
- Coordinate training and support for clinical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new product features
- Monitor product effectiveness and gather feedback for ongoing improvements in clinical workflows and user experience
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or related fields, with relevant master's-level education counting toward this requirement
- 8+ years of experience in building and improving clinical operations, particularly in digital mental health environments
- Proven ability to translate clinical workflows into product requirements and lead cross-functional projects
- Exceptional communication skills to navigate between clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Must be 18 years or older
