Licensed Clinical Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the clinical judgment for patient risk detection and safety across the platform, the full-time Licensed Clinical Product Lead will collaborate with engineering and clinical operations teams to ensure the integration of safety systems in product development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage clinical requirements for patient risk detection and mitigation across various product surfaces
• Audit product surfaces to identify and address patient safety gaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support clinical safety standards for AI-driven tools, including writing evaluation rubrics and auditing model outputs

Required qualifications

• Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) with 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Experience in safety or quality systems with strong skills in risk assessment and crisis response
• Ability to think systemically and connect disparate escalation paths into a cohesive model
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation concepts and their clinical implications
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for navigating ambiguity in a dynamic clinical AI landscape
