Licensed Clinical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving clinical initiative deployment and workflow optimization, the full-time Manager of Clinical Product Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical workflows and ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Clinical Informatics to map and optimize clinical workflows supporting enterprise goals
• Plan and manage the end-to-end deployment of new clinical initiatives, overseeing the transition from pilot phases to enterprise-wide launch
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users and provide post-deployment support to ensure successful adoption of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of healthcare or product management experience
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise change management scaling
• Prior advanced or superuser EMR experience
• 2+ years of clinical project/process management or informatics experience
