Job Summary
As a full-time Licensed Clinical Product Principal, the successful candidate will embed behavioral health expertise into the design and evolution of a digital platform, ensuring clinical soundness and compliance while collaborating with product and engineering teams to create AI-enabled healthcare tools remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with product teams to ensure clinical input shapes initiatives from problem definition through launch
- Translate complex clinical workflows into actionable requirements for engineers and designers
- Monitor product performance across provider adoption, patient experience, and clinical quality using data and clinician feedback
Required qualifications
- An active, unrestricted license as a psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 6+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Direct experience partnering with product and engineering teams to build AI-enabled healthcare tools
- Familiarity with AI governance, risk frameworks, or clinical safety standards for AI
- Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics and use data to influence decisions
