Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary

To provide immediate support to clients, the full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist will offer counseling via phone and video, evaluate clinical suitability for short-term interventions, and collaborate with a diverse client base in a hybrid or fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver immediate support through phone consultations and scheduled counseling sessions
• Assess client needs and develop clear, achievable treatment goals using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Recognition by the Psychologists' Commission and a valid clinical psychologist license
• Experience or strong interest in short-term, solution-focused counseling
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English
• Strong clinical and communication skills, particularly in crisis intervention
