Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing network of mental health providers, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist will conduct peer proficiency reviews, assist with quality improvement initiatives, and provide clinical support remotely within a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct room/documentation audits to investigate complaints and evaluate improvement opportunities
• Support network providers with clinical issues and coordinate with leadership on special clinical projects
• Engage in quality management initiatives, including provider performance monitoring and development of clinical policies

Required qualifications

• Current license to practice independently with diagnostic privileges (e.g., Professional Counselor, Social Worker, Psychologist)
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of experience in telehealth and quality assurance
• Experience with high acuity clients preferred
• Understanding of AI's impact on the clinical field preferred
