Job Summary
Experienced in the behavioral health sector, the fully remote Senior Clinical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, focusing on sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates while building strong talent pipelines for high-volume positions.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for various clinical roles, including Therapists, Counselors, and Nurses
- Source and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, as well as creative outreach methods
- Act as a consultative partner to leadership, advising on sourcing strategies and candidate assessments
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical recruiting experience in addiction and/or mental health
- Proven success in recruiting licensed clinicians such as Therapists and Clinical Supervisors
- Expert-level sourcing skills with experience in hunting and resume mining for passive talent
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Bachelor's degree required
