Job Summary

To accelerate hiring for therapists and nurse practitioners, the full-time remote Licensed Clinical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with clinical quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for licensed mental health therapists and nurse practitioners, coordinating with credentialing and onboarding teams
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract specialized clinicians across multiple states
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and ensure alignment with business needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, particularly in clinical mental health
• Strong talent sourcing skills with a comfort in cold outreach
• Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
