Licensed Clinical Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment of licensed mental health professionals, the remote Clinical Recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates while managing the hiring process and enhancing candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage licensed mental health professionals through various recruiting channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics to support hiring goals

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience recruiting clinical therapists or licensed mental health professionals
• Familiarity with behavioral health roles and clinical licensure requirements
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn
