Job Summary
To support a growing clinical quality and risk management team, the remote Licensed Clinical Risk Specialist will identify, assess, and mitigate clinical risks while providing guidance and education to providers and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Review and document adverse incidents and provide consultation to providers following risk-related events
- Participate in provider onboarding and develop clinical risk education materials
- Conduct audits and quality reviews, partnering with Quality Management to evaluate clinical quality
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
- Current independent, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of post-licensure experience as a mental health clinician
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience delivering care as a telehealth practitioner
- Experience in clinical risk management and crisis intervention
