Licensed Clinical Services Director

Job Summary

To improve the delivery of care across the organization, the fully remote Executive Director of Clinical Services will design, test, and scale clinical programs while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to enhance quality and access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and scale clinical programs with measurable outcomes
• Partner with regional leaders to support implementation and address barriers
• Use data and feedback to guide continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field with applicable independent-level clinical licensure
• At least seven years of direct behavioral health or addiction treatment experience, including three years in clinical program design or quality improvement
• Proven ability to move initiatives from concept to scaled implementation
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to lead without direct supervisory authority
• Commitment to health equity and recovery-oriented care
