Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems, a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will create clinical cases, evaluate model responses, and establish clinically defensible standards while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Create clinical tasks, longitudinal-chart scenarios, reference answers, and evaluation rubrics focused on hospital social work
• Synthesize fragmented records to assess clinical reasoning, documentation quality, and patient safety
• Apply structured rubrics and refine cases through feedback and calibration cycles

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in clinical social work
• An active clinical social work license or recognized credential appropriate to clinical social work
• A relevant healthcare degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to follow standardized rubrics and work through fast-paced review cycles
