Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, FL will manage client assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions remotely while offering bilingual support in Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Ability to effectively utilize telehealth technology for client interactions
