Job Summary
To provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Indiana will conduct comprehensive evaluations, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for patients aged 18 and older
- Provide therapy services to patients with moderate acuity
- Collaborate with a network of support services, including psychiatry and case managers
Required qualifications
- Active Indiana LCSW license required
- Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week during EST hours
- Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
