Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will manage a caseload of clients remotely, focusing on mental health care and treatment planning while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals
- Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current LCSW licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
