Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients through telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current LCSW licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to work in a private home office environment that meets HIPAA standards
