Job Summary
To support the school community, the part-time temporary Licensed Clinical Support Specialist will provide direct clinical services to students, collaborate with educational staff, and assist in program implementation and evaluation while working virtually.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering clinical services, including individual consultations and crisis intervention for students
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify students needing additional support and coordinate with external mental health agencies
- Help develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs, collecting data on student outcomes to recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in an educational or clinical setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practices and mental health interventions in schools
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information
