Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Licensed Coding and OASIS Reviewer, the candidate will manage home health and hospice coding, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation while working flexible hours from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct coding and OASIS reviews for home health and hospice services
- Ensure adherence to clinical compliance and operational standards
- Utilize EMR systems effectively to maintain productivity and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN or therapist with coding certification (BCHH-C or HCS-D) and OASIS certification (COS-C, COQS, or HCS-O) for a minimum of 3 years
- At least 3 years of experience in routine coding and OASIS review
- Proficiency in at least one EMR system with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
