Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, the full-time Licensed Commercial Account Manager will oversee account management, client retention, and carrier partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage accounts, coordinating services and resolving client issues in a timely manner
• Negotiate and secure appropriate carrier coverage for new and renewal business while maintaining relationships with carrier product managers
• Utilize industry knowledge to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure comprehensive coverage for clients

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Appropriate insurance agent's license required
• High School Degree required; 4 Year Degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in customer service skills
• Ability to manage complex accounts under tight timeframes
