Licensed Commercial Auto Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Focusing on bodily injury claims, the full-time Commercial Auto Liability Claims Examiner will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims related to commercial auto accidents while working remotely from any location within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages for assigned claims
• Evaluate and negotiate moderate to complex bodily injury claims, including litigated cases
• Direct defense counsel and coordinate on-site investigations, mediations, and settlement conferences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Valid state adjuster licensure; additional licenses may be required based on client locations
• Proven experience managing bodily injury and litigated claims in commercial auto or trucking insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office
