Job Summary
Providing global legal support, the full-time Licensed Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate contracts while managing the commercial go-to-market process and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and maintain template agreements, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to contract processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio
- Provide clear risk analysis related to contracts and new products, while managing and enforcing the commercial legal contracting process
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an in-house commercial counsel, preferably in the healthcare SaaS technology industry
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance
- Experience overseeing go-to-market processes and managing intellectual property portfolios
