Job Summary
Supporting the legal and regulatory functions of the insurance industry, the full-time Compliance and Product Specialist will manage compliance reviews, interpret regulations, and collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review coverage forms and endorsements for compliance with state requirements across various Property and Casualty lines of business
- Conduct due diligence reviews of new program business to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial departments during the implementation and monitoring of new and existing business programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in Property and Casualty Program business, including knowledge of regulatory environments
- Experience in drafting coverage forms and endorsements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
