Licensed Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal department, the full-time Licensed Counsel Attorney will draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including vendor and procurement agreements, while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements, including technology agreements and software licenses
• Collaborate with internal teams on vendor governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide legal and strategic business advice to ensure agreements align with corporate policies and processes

Required qualifications

• JD with at least one state bar membership and eligibility to practice in the state of residence
• Minimum of five years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, preferably with procurement agreements
• Experience in a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Excellent judgment and ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice
