Job Summary

To support the expansion of mental health services, the full-time Licensed Counselling Course Designer will create a comprehensive training program for beginners, focusing on evidence-informed methods and collaborating with licensed professionals to ensure industry standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Creating engaging video lectures, learning activities, and course content for a comprehensive counselling curriculum
• Collaborating with licensed mental health professionals and subject matter experts to enhance course design
• Applying instructional design theories and methods to assess learners' performance effectively

Required qualifications

• Active professional licensure or certification as a counsellor or mental health practitioner, or a university degree in Counselling
• Minimum of 3 years of mental health support or counselling practice experience
• Twelve-month commitment with potential for renewal or extension
• Instructional design experience is a bonus
