Licensed Counselor Care Advocate

Job Summary

Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time salaried EAP Care Advocate (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) will offer personalized guidance and advocacy to employees at all stages of their mental health care journey in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Facilitate referrals and assist participants with securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure
• Familiarity with technology for remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web-based software)
• Strong reasoning ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
