Job Summary
To support employee mental health, the full-time remote Licensed Counselor Care Advocate will provide telephonic and digital support, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized care plans for program participants.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure
- Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software
- Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
