Job Summary
Overseeing operations for TrevorText, TrevorChat, and TrevorLifeline, the full-time Licensed Crisis Services Team Lead will manage a team of direct service staff to ensure high-quality support for LGBTQ+ youth, while working remotely and adhering to a non-traditional schedule that includes late nights and weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of direct reports, ensuring accountability and performance tracking
- Audit daily work for quality and productivity, providing real-time feedback to enhance performance
- Facilitate training for new and re-engaging counselors, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to protocols
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- License in Clinical Social Work (LiCSW) or similar certification preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a crisis care or contact center setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
- Strong resilience and adaptability in handling crisis situations
