Job Summary
To support a growing logistics operation, the remote Licensed Customs Broker will lead organizational licensing and permit applications, oversee customs compliance processes, and manage a team while ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organizational license and national-permit readiness and applications while serving as the licensed corporate officer
- Establish supervision and control through staff training, compliance monitoring, and recordkeeping
- Implement customs filing software and oversee importer onboarding and customs entry processes
Required qualifications
- Active U.S. Customs Broker license in good standing
- Recent leadership experience in customs brokerage, including staff supervision and compliance accountability
- Strong knowledge of CBP requirements and customs entry processes
- Willingness to assume corporate officer responsibilities from the United States
- Preferred experience in Canada-U.S. commercial truck clearances and brokerage team leadership
