Managing daily operations for customs clearance, the full-time Licensed Customs Compliance Specialist will handle drawback entry filing, data management, and regulatory compliance for cross-border shipments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file duty drawback entries with CBP, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines
- Collect and maintain import/export datasets to support drawback claims, identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Maintain organized filing records and documentation to support audit readiness
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or data administration
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including functions and data navigation
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with accurate data entry and analysis
- Licensed customs broker preferred
