Licensed Data Center Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Data Center Architect, the successful candidate will serve as the Owner's architectural Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams on data center building design and construction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Owner's architectural SME and technical advisor throughout all project phases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to administer design documents and enforce Owner standards
• Provide technical guidance and conduct rigorous reviews of architectural work packages focusing on compliance and design integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related design field
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design, particularly in large-scale industrial or mission-critical facilities
• Strong understanding of complex building systems, including high-performance envelopes and life safety assemblies
• Proven experience managing large-scale campus master planning and complex space-programming challenges
• Professional architectural registration/licensure (e.g., RA, AIA, or regional equivalent) is highly desirable
