Licensed Data Center Project Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the integration of MEP system designs with project plans, the full-time Licensed Data Center Project Manager will manage project costs, develop schedules, and act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the review and coordination of MEP system designs with overall project plans
- Manage project costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget
- Supervise MEP contractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired; PMP and/or LEED certification are beneficial
- Experience with mission critical facilities MEP infrastructure and data center facilities strongly desired
- Proficiency in Project Management software is required; experience with Google Suite is beneficial
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mentality
