Licensed Direct Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Direct Sales Representative will sell insurance products to inbound callers, consult with customers to understand their needs, and potentially make outbound calls, all while working remotely in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to inbound callers by generating quotes and binding business, while also making outbound calls as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on coverages and costs to help them select appropriate options
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by qualifying customers for additional products and services

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment
• Property and Casualty License or the ability to obtain one
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and goals
• Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
