Job Summary
To lead a high-performing team in evaluating AI outputs within commercial insurance workflows, the remote Licensed Director of AI Operations will design operational frameworks, establish quality governance, and manage resource allocation to ensure effective AI execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the operational blueprint for the AI evaluation function, scaling the team as client demand grows
- Establish productivity evaluation standards and conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy and reduce error rates
- Manage daily workflow queues and optimize resource allocation to meet strict client turnaround SLAs
Required qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial P&C insurance operations or related fields
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License or relevant professional designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM)
- Experience in establishing operational teams and designing quality assurance frameworks from scratch
- Deep technical expertise in commercial P&C lines and mastery of standard forms
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation workflows and document extraction platforms
