Job Summary
Seeking a visionary Licensed Disability Adjuster, the full-time remote Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave will lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the Disability & Leave business while partnering with executive leaders to deliver innovative solutions and strengthen client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive profitability and market leadership
- Lead operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience for Disability & Leave services
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities while serving as an industry thought leader
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of ten years of experience in managing integrated disability and absence management programs
- Six years in a supervisory or leadership capacity required
- Expertise with IDAM best practice benchmarking and metrics
- Licensed disability adjuster
