Key Responsibilities

• Supervise doctoral candidates in designing and conducting research projects
• Facilitate proposal and final defenses via Zoom and ensure timely feedback from committee members
• Document student work and feedback using the Canvas learning management system

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in sport and performance psychology or related field
• Evidence of completed research and publication in the field
• Current membership in relevant professional organizations
• Proficiency with data analysis software and learning management systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
