Job Summary
To lead strategic broking activities for new and renewal business, the full-time Licensed Division Broking Leader will manage placement strategies, negotiate optimal outcomes for clients, and foster relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic insurance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead placement strategy to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and prospective clients
- Drive competitive coverage placement processes and negotiate cost, coverage, and capacity targets
- Manage relationships with underwriting managers and participate in strategic client meetings
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management and insurance brokerage
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with experience in goal setting and performance reviews
- Preferred insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM
- Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer in resident state
- 4-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional designation
