Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor
Job Summary
Providing 24/7 counseling and assessment services, the full-time Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor will deliver high-quality mental health support remotely, utilizing advanced clinical tools and collaborating with a team to ensure optimal care for members.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone-based assessments, triage, and counseling in a call center environment
- Develop immediate action plans based on risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive clinical outcomes for members
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
- Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) in the state of residence
- Availability for 24/7 call center coverage, including holidays
- Experience in facilitating positive behavior change in clients
- Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, and relationship concerns preferred
