Job Summary
Managing and overseeing all aspects of employee benefits projects, the full-time Licensed Employee Benefits Manager will ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the coordination and completion of various projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Creates and manages project implementation plans, including data requirements and quality reviews
- Prepares financial reports and monitors quality control efforts across all department projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience with a Group Insurance Carrier or Benefits Brokerage Firm
- Valid insurance license
