Licensed Energy Compliance Auditor
Job Summary
To support the firm's clients, the full-time Licensed Energy Compliance Auditor will perform attestation engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conduct research on renewable fuel programs, and assist in developing audit programs, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare attestation engagements and audit reports in accordance with established standards
- Collect and analyze data from renewable fuel production facilities to assess regulatory compliance
- Research and summarize new regulations related to renewable fuels compliance programs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Renewable Fuels
- Accredited Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Lead Verifier certification
- A degree in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related field is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
