Job Summary
To support a growing DTC skincare brand, the fully remote VIP Esthetician and Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of up to 200 VIP membership clients, conduct weekly check-ins, and create personalized skincare plans to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 200 VIP membership clients
- Conduct weekly check-in calls and proactive SMS touchpoints
- Create personalized skincare plans based on client purchases and goals
Required qualifications
- Esthetician training or license is required
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone, SMS, or consultative preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a large client portfolio
- Strong communication skills across SMS, voice, and written channels
- Availability for 6 days per week / 10 hours per day
