Licensed Experiential Facilitator
Job Summary
To support a growing Experiential Groups Department, the part-time Licensed Experiential Facilitator will facilitate weekly group psycho-education sessions via Telehealth, develop creative experiential treatment methods, and contribute to curriculum planning, all while working remotely and dedicating a minimum of 9 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly group psycho-education via Telehealth
- Develop creative ways to conduct experiential group treatment virtually
- Assist with the creation of experiential therapy curriculum by submitting weekly group session plans
Required qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional preferred
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Experience and training in experiential modalities such as adventure therapy, expressive therapy, or psychodrama
- Technical ability to run effective Telehealth sessions
- Availability for at least 9 hours a week, including evenings from 3-9pm MST Monday through Thursday
