Licensed Family Services Professional
Job Summary
To support a hybrid Family Services program, the Licensed Family Services Professional will co-facilitate in-person Children's Programs one weekend per month and provide clinical and coaching services to participants, while also engaging in program development and community outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical and coaching services to Family Services program participants according to established standards of care
- Participate in the development and delivery of program content and updates as directed by the Regional Supervisor
- Represent Family Services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge regarding services and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Behavior, Counseling, Child Development, or a related field, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum of three years' experience working with children and/or family members
- Independent Mental Health License: LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, APCC, LADC, or CADC/LCADC
- Minimum of two years' experience in the Addiction Treatment & Recovery field
- Proficiency with technology for documentation and virtual communication
