Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing strategies to target new clients and projects

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Experience delivering projects for major rail companies such as UPRR, BNSF, CPKC, or NS
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
