Job Summary
To support the growth of clinical services, the full-time Licensed Front Line Care Clinician will provide clinical expertise, manage customer relationships, and facilitate implementation and support of clinical solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise and educate stakeholders on the safe use of Front Line Care products
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers to support retention and implementation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate clinical solutions
Required qualifications
- Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification
- Experience in clinical support and education within healthcare settings
- Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Knowledge of hospital-acquired conditions and quality metrics
- Willingness to travel for local events and customer engagements as needed
